On March 10th St. Thomas Police investigated a theft from the Real Canadian Superstore.
Two males entered the store and loaded a shopping cart with over $1000 in merchandise.
Upon exiting they were approached by loss prevention, left the cart and fled.
On March 10th St. Thomas Police investigated a male party in a UHaul rental. Upon
speaking to an occupant of the vehicle Police were given a false name. That male's
name was out past his curfew and subsequently arrested. Ultimately, the male advised
who he really was and had no curfew. A charge of Obstruct Police and Breach of Probation
was the reqrd for false information.
On March 10th St. Thomas Police investigated a family disturbance at a north end
residence. As a result a 16 year old male was arrested and charged with Unlawfully
in a Dwelling and assault on a family member.
On March 11th St. Thomas Police investigated a theft from Walmart. Three parties
entered, loaded up a shopping cart with over $500 in merchandise and left the store.
Upon exiting they were approached by loss prevention, left the cart and fled. Police
were in the area and were able to stop the occupants fleeing in a vehicle. Two males
and a female from outide of St. Thomas were arrested and charged with theft.
