November 7th, 2018 - A fifty six year old St. Thomas man wanted by police turned
himself in at the Colin McGregor Justice building yesterday morning just after 7:30
am. The man was wanted on a warrant for twelve counts of breaching his conditions
of release for violating a non communication order. The man was taken into custody
and held in for a court appearance.
A twenty four year old Brampton man wanted on a warrant for Fraud by St. Thomas
Police turned himself in on Monday November 5th at the Colin McGregor Justice Building.
The man was wanted in connection to an incident from back in 2017 where he defrauded
a St. Thomas woman out of nearly thirty thousand dollars through a dating site romance
scam. The man was arrested, charged and later released on a Promise to Appear.
Break and Enter
St. Thomas Police are investigating a Break, Enter and Theft from an apartment at
88 Confederation Drive. Sometime between November 3rd and November 5th, someone
entered the apartment and stole approximately five thousand dollars worth of watches,
jewellery and coins. Missing is: one Wittnauer-Swiss watch, one Colibri of London
pocket watch, one Invicta watch, one NK Gold watch, one men’s gold and diamond wedding
