President; Chris Stinson, STEGH Foundation Program Coordinator
and Lion Dave Marr, Tail Twister.

Thank you to the Port Stanley Lions 5th Annual 'Marr Family' Golf Tournament and Fish Fry (Saturday, June 7th) for raising $10,000 to support Laparoscopic Bowel Surgery at the Hospital.

Each year the Port Stanley Lions Club hold the 'Marr Family' Golf Tournament to commemorate David Marr's parents who founded the Port Stanley Lions and Lioness Clubs respectively, and they have combined their famous fish fry with this tournament since the tournament started a few years ago. The money raised from this is donated back to the community. This year it was donated to the St Thomas Elgin General Hospital for laparoscopic bowel surgery.
