Chatham-Kent, ON: On the 8th of January, 2013 at 2 p.m. the Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was advised of a tire that was lying on the 401 Highway westbound near Kent Bridge Road.

Further investigation revealed two tractor-trailer tires near Kent Bridge Road. Police later located a tractor-trailer missing two tires, east of 40 Highway, pulled over on the side of the road.

The Chatham-Kent OPP Commercial Vehicle Inspection Unit is investigating and charges are pending further investigation. No injuries were reported and updates will provide as new information becomes available.
