The letter by John Bolt, re who asks for these things, was exactly what taxpayers in ALL Central Elgin have been asking since amalgamation!

I won't hold my breath waiting for truth to be told, but everyone knows, we were not heard when the Fire Chief was created, or the Blue Flag, or the beauracracy that Central Elgin has become.

Money, taken out of reserves for police, spent on grain elevators and again for parking lots. The list goes on.

Municipal employees hand delivering notices for a meeting?? Maybe we in Lynhurst can use their services when we petition our neighborhood to SECEDE !!
