The activities in Port are fantastic, BUT who is responsible for the lift bridge AFTER the fireworks?

Why would Elgin County not spend $50 in overtime and keep the operator until midnight, not leaving boats stranded until Friday morning?

Someone please explain?

This potential problem did not come up in any of our organizing meetings with each other or with officials when planning for traffic control or any other aspects of the festival.
