Our frequently changing menu offers delectable new taste experiences for you to
enjoy! You could start with a fish bouillabaisse of our own local perch and
pickerel combined with scallops and shrimp pieces, along with fresh vegetables in
a light tomato broth; or succulent tiger shrimp coated in a crispy filo pastry and
nestled in a bed of spicy Mango Rum salsa. A cashew chicken stir fry with vegetables,
baby corn, water chestnuts and cashews served over a rice pilaf and topped with
grilled chicken might appeal to you for dinner; or perhaps Lake Erie pistachio-encrusted
pickerel, pan seared then baked and topped with our own orange ginger sauce and
served with your choice of side and fresh seasonal vegetables.

If lighter fare is what you have in mind, slow roasted beef combined with caramelized
onions, spinach, Brie and a balsamic reduction served on Foccacia bread might be
just the ticket; or perhaps a Lentil Walnut Veggie Burger - a mix of mushrooms,
lentils, brown rice, carrots, and walnuts served on a rustic bun and topped with
lettuce, tomato and red onions.

like Boathouse Nachos - crispy tortilla chips baked with cheddar and mozzarella
cheese, topped with peppers, tomato, onion, black olives and jalapenos, served with

own curry cream sauce or white wine with herb & diced tomato sauce, and served
