Includes cleaning the fan and interior of your computer, correcting registry errors,
removing junk files and internet clutter, defrag the hard drive and scan/report
for viruses and spyware. You actually have to go into Windows and delete some of
the temporary files individually, but if don't know what you're doing you will delete
something you're not supposed to delete. It takes about an hour to clean out a computer.

RJM buys anti-virus software in bulk licencing. This means when clients get their
security software from RJM they do not have to enter their credit card numbers.
Clients are notified when they need to update their Panda security software.

Most computer users don't know that the anti-spy ware that comes with Rogers and
other internet providers is a separate part of the protection package and they have
to go in and set it up. It does not run automatically, it does not update automatically
and it does not scan automatically.
