Cambridge, ON – On Saturday Oct. 21, 2017, the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) and Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) will be holding the first-ever PJHL Prospects Day at the Wilmot Recreation Complex, home of the New Hamburg Firebirds of the PJHL's Doherty Division.

Beijing Olympics could help end NHL-IOC standoff

While NHL players will not be in South Korea for the Olympics, the league has already begun flirting with China having staged their first exhibition games there last September. IIHF president Rene Fasel said this month it is his mission to get the NHL back on Olympic ice while NHLPA head Donald Fehr said the players want to return to the Winter Games.
