Proposed Amendment to Elgin County Woodlands Conservation

By-Law 05-03 – Tree Removal on Slopes

The Municipality of Central Elgin has requested Elgin County Council to consider an amendment to the existing Elgin County Woodlands Conservation By-Law to include specific requirements for harvesting, destroying or injuring a tree or trees on specific sloped properties within the Municipality of Central Elgin.
